To refer to Advance Healthcare simply complete one of the referral options below. Our administrators will contact the patient and organise approval for treatment from 3rd party payers (if applicable). Referrers can expect a detailed initial assessment report, ongoing feedback during any treatment program and a discharge report with additional recommendations.
