Jacqueline is a registered psychologist and has completed her studies at the University of Tasmania, the Australian National University, King’s College London and the University of Hong Kong. She has experience working with clients from multicultural and diverse backgrounds presenting with depression, anxiety, stress, persistent pain, self-efficacy and a wide range of issues. She values the importance of working collaboratively with clients to help them identify values and goals to achieve a greater sense of purpose and wellbeing in life.

Jacqueline utilises techniques from cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing (MI) in assessment and treatment. To facilitate treatment effectiveness, she likes to use interactive resources to visualise ideas and encourage clients to problem-solve. Jacqueline is particularly interested in online interventions, sports and performance psychology, injury management and rehabilitation, workplace culture, stress, motivation and wellbeing.

Jacqueline can also speak fluent Cantonese.
