She has experience working with a range of presentations including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma and stressor-related disorders, and obsessive-compulsive and related disorders. She has a keen interest in working with culturally and linguistically diverse communities.

Pinithi utilises a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) approaches. Pinithi believes that mutual trust and respect and collaboration with the client is vital for achieving goals during therapy. Thus, she aims to create a warm, safe, and non-judgemental space so that clients feel comfortable to bring their authentic self and share their unique experiences, strengths, and challenges in the therapy room.
