Junze began working at Advance in 2021 and completed his Masters of Physiotherapy with the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Exercise Science/Education with Southern Cross University and Tianjin University of Sport. 

Junze has been awarded a short-term research scholarship from the Institute of Musculoskeletal Health of the Royal Princes Hospital to study the effect of an early exercise intervention on balance in the elderly. 

Junze is a level 2 sports trainer with many sports teams across a range of codes including AFL, rugby and soccer. He has experience working as a physio assistant both in the Liverpool Football Club International Academy NSW and NSW Rugby League. He is passionate about sports and fitness as he was a previous triathlon athlete and holds a keen interest in musculoskeletal injury management and prosthetic training. He believes movement and education are vital for optimal rehabilitation. 

He also has special interests in learning more about chronic pain management.

Outside of the clinic, he enjoys swimming and cycling on weekend and exploring Google Maps as a hobby.  

Junze also speaks fluent Mandarin.
