Olivia holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences with Majors in Psychology and Nutrition (2012) and further Anatomy and Physiology study (2014), both from Deakin University, as well as a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics with a Health Management Major (2015) from Griffith University, Queensland.

Her diverse professional experience spans the public and private healthcare sectors and includes overseeing malnutrition prevention at the Alfred Hospital and consulting across various private practice settings.

She enjoys aiding the prevention and treatment of a range of chronic conditions, particularly those concerning the gastrointestinal tract, and by empowering clients to make informed choices, with emphasis on the significance of a healthy gut microbiome.

Olivia derives great satisfaction from guiding her clients in finding their intrinsic motivation. As an advocate of the Health at Every Size (HAES) paradigm, she adopts a Non-Diet Approach to cultivate behaviours that enhance overall health and quality of life.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Olivia enjoys playing tennis, visiting her parent’s farm, photography, hosting dinner parties, and going for a dip in the sea.
